• The above rate quoted is net and quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
• Tourism Tax ( TTx ) of RM10.00 nett / unit / night is charged to all Foreigners & will be collected upon check in from guest / from Agent upon confirmation ( subjected to Agent confirmation).
• Check-in Time: 03.30 PM; Check-out Time: 12.00 NOON
• Late check-out from 12.00 NOON to 06.00 PM on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the published rates, subject to room availability.

• The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat is a wellness sanctuary by itself welcoming those who seek a healthier lifestyle change, a place to rejuvenate the body, mind and soul. It is our philosophy to maintain a restful and relaxing atmosphere for all our guests by ensuring peace and tranquillity within our surroundings thus, we are unable to accept children aged below than 12 years old.

• 22 – 26 May 2020
• 20 December 2020 – 5 January 2021
• 11 – 14 February 2021 both dates inclusive

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

• 35 Days prior to the date of arrival: No cancellation charges will be levied for guaranteed reservations provided a written notice via email is received by The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat no later than 35 days prior to the date of arrival.
• Within 35 to 20 days prior to the date of arrival: For cancellations received 35 to 20 days prior to arrival date, one night of the package reserved or one-night stay charge will be levied as a cancellation charge.
• Within 20 or less days prior to arrival date & No Show: For cancellations received 20 or less days prior to arrival date as well as for No Show, the full charges for the package reserved or full duration of stay will be levied as a cancellation charge.
