• The rainy season along the East Coast is from November to February. On the rare occasion of a flash flood, we reserve the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary.
• Check-in Time: 03.30 PM; Check-out Time: 12.00 NOON.
• Late check-out from 12.00 NOON to 06.00 PM on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the published rates, subject to room availability.
• Please note that should this event be cancelled more than Seventeen (17) days before the day of the event, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed. If cancellation is made less than seventeen (17) days before the day of the event, full payment of the function will be levied. Cancellation must be in writing. Please note that amendments can only be made to the above arrangements by giving a minimum of ten (10) working days’ notice and in writing.
